Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Tech Recruitment
This is a unique position for an ambitious and determined person who is looking to be coached into a high performing recruiter, and individual. You will be working directly with our inspirational Director in the early stages of our accelerated growth plan. With staff development at the forefront, the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be well positioned to develop into a top-class performer and as a key person in the company with unlimited career growth.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure Clients and Candidates become raving fans of you, and the Softweb brand
- Develop fantastic working relationships and building excellent rapport with Clients and Candidates
- You will be working in a high energy and performance culture, where you will be in a targeted environment
- You will be a master on the telephone, developing new business opportunities
- Take responsibility of sourcing candidates, booking interviews and supporting both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
